best western was a great stay for our adventures around lake almanor. the queen suite was spacious and clean, making it easy to relax after our trips. the complimentary breakfast had so many options, including eggs and waffles! we also loved the free hot drinks in the foyer.

On the downside, the room layout felt cramped and the walls seemed paper thin, meaning I could hear everything going on in the halls. The bathroom cleanliness was subpar. There were hairs on the floor and the upholstery of the chair showed clear signs of wear. The breakfast options were lackluster, not living up to expectations for the price point we paid.

Great location in the heart of town. Stayed for 2 nights in the Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds. The room was spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with plenty of options. Free hot drinks in the lobby were a nice touch! ☕
